Honestly, despite the loons at the helm at the moment, I've only lost 8% value on my house since 2007... My area is holding fairly steady. Location location location...

I can't speak as optimistically about my Crossfire. To wit, I didn't take nearly the beating that the first owner did... She paid $39K, brand new.
