With only 12,000 miles ....why do the wheels have rash???? That's not curb rash.....looks like the tires have been changed already????

Wilma (08)....bought new Jan of 09 (with nav) was $17K......with less than 12,000 on her now I'm taking her in under warranty next week for the valve cover gasket leak......look for the leak.
