The other day I had a bulb out light in dash and found it to be my left brake light so I changed both brake bulbs and now when I press the pedal the lights come on but so does the bulb out light on dash. Also if I have my side or headlights on all 3 of my brake lights are on constant with bulb out lights on dash.
Have I maybe put the bulbs in wrong way round or could it be a fuse or something else.

Please HELP
