Are you using dust shields? Most on here don't think that's a good idea. If you've been using them, how have they performed? What about issues with rotor warpage etc.? I openned a thread on this a week or so ago and results were don't use them. Maybe it's something different than what I've been investigating to reduce the brake dust?
