Main upgrades for a substantial gain would be CAI, Pulley and Tune. The stock exhaust is pretty decent on cars, but I only made changes to mine to enhance the sound by removing the resonator and rear cats. Good luck!

Forgot to ask as well any specific places that you'd recommend looking for outside eBay, these forums, etc for parts?
Also note that the overall goal here is I am looking to increase the HP on the crossfire overall.
