That is a fact. You couldn't give a Superbird or a Dodge Daytona away back in the day. They were and are a couple of the ugliest cars ever built.
When I met my wife in 1982 and we went out to a night club and there was an orange Superbird for sale that looked pristine for 8k. I spoke with the owner and we talked about the car and we both knew it would be a collector's dream car, but I had no cash to store it away. Hind sight is 20/20. Will the SRT be a collector,,,,,,????? Yes, but never in the same ballpark as the muscle cars of yesteryear. JMHO
