To stop the "dam ding" just "click it" into place. In N.J. there is a ticket program called "CLICK IT OR TICKET". And the local police will TICKET...you...if you don't CLICK IT.
If your not going to wear a seat belt you should really "go for it" and disable you driver side air bag, and anti-lock brake system.
Maybe DALE #3 would still be racing if he CHOSE to wear a HANS (head and neck support) device.
