thats how some people are these days whatever happened to honesty in America well i reaaallly dont want to pay $200 over some jackass of course i could have chased him down got the plate number but i didnt want to put anyones life at risk chasing some *** clown bc im pretty sure he would have tried to take it over 100 mph on the interstate so i said screw him filed a report but the sad part is i might have to pay 200 over his mistake
