Since it's a stick, could be the lock-out switch on the clutch. Switch keeps you from starting it in gear with the clutch engaged. Starting and running rough, cranshaft position sensor, no start at all, or quits when warm and no starting at all, RCM. Relay Control Modul. Bad solding on it's circuit board. Good luck, as I would come take a look at it, but cost might be a problem....lol
