What you need to do the complete intake mod, including the 75mm MAF are as follows;
Mercedes engine cover #A 112 090 11 01
The front part of this two piece cover is part #A112 010 04 67

Intake tubes, left #A112 094 35 82, right #A112 094 34 82 (if you go this route, these need to be modified to fit throughthe rad support after removing the fittings that fit the OEM intake tubes)
I added to the description of the parts needed here.
Filters, K&N's #33-2181
74 mm Throttle Body, Mercedes #A113 141 0125
Throttle body O-ring #05102933AA, Mercedes #3059970345.
The larger (75mm) MAF, Mercedes #A 113 094 0048. Using the original OEM MAF sensor.
Donut seal for engine cover to MAF unit, Mercedes #1120940180 (If original is damaged)
Last but not least a EuroCharged tune.
I made some slight revisions to my post above in this post.
Insist on the correct part number, twice I have had a part substituted for what they 'thought' would fit ... it did not and was returned.
