Chris on post 5 has it! It takes a little time for the coolant to run through the valve/coil so give it about a minute before you start feeling the warmer air. I tested mine, ice cold from drivers side, then hot from passenger. Then I reversed it. Ice cold from passenger side and hot from drivers side. Mine worked great!
