I hear ya Les, I just had the FOB thing. New batteries took care of that though.
You could try re-bleeding the IC system to see if you have a lot of bubbles in there. Also since you have that small IC leak you could try taking out the IAT sensor and cleaning it with MAF cleaner, could be a little coated.
It's normal for the AFRs to fluctuate when they are in closed loop "emission" mode. They should be happily bouncing between 14.0 and 15.0 while idleing and cruising around. When you get on the gas they should smooth out and give you your "tune" AFRs.
