That was just my failed attempt at humor. It works sometimes, and fails miserably on other occasions. Canadians are required to have daytime running lights, and I believe do refer to them as driving lights. I thought it was a bit unusual for someone south of the Canadian border to refer to fog lights as driving lights. Hopefully, you did not take me too seriously.
