ive been reading many posts where ppl are saying that the n/a crossfire is no where near fast, and it was starting to rain on my parade, bc i thought it was pretty fast, not srt fast but speedy (and i know many of you are going to say if i want fast buy an srt6, and sell my car and buy an srt but im not so dont say that please) now keep in mind i do have mods but nothing too drastic, and recently ive been instigated to race by cars that after reading threads on this forum i figured i would get romped on by..

however, i was cruising in the right lane and a loud srt4 neon pulled up beside me and shook his head as if to say "wow that little thing is garbage" well i thought that was a big insult so i dropped it into 2nd gear and he did three beeps, and i pulled on him 3 out of 3 times.

new 335i TT from a dig
pontiac g6gtp coupe from a dig and two 50 rolls
mini cooper s from a dig
solstice gxp from a dig and 40 roll

i have videos of these on my phone and will get them up once i go to walmart and buy a memory card for my phone.

i felt like a dad who just watched his son hit a homerun in little league, i love my crossfire and i am proud to own one, and even if i lose a race we still beat all these cars on looks this all took place on rt 37 in toms river, if you live in ocean county you will know that rt 37 has car meets everynight and ppl driving up and down all day looking for races. there were others but i have no videos as proof so i wont waste time

ps. i know srt6 are faster and i should buy one and no, not all of the cars had bad drivers
