I agree with the statements that it's the best A/C I've ever had in a car and also that there is a lag time before the effect of a change is felt. Add to that, I find the controls super-sensitive - the difference between one dot and the next is noticeable, at leaste with A/C . I don;t drive mine in the winter so there's not a lot I can say about the heat. I have been surprised, though, by the effetiveness of the "dual zone" too. At first I thought the concept in a cabin that small was ridiculous but it actually works!
