Beaner is thinking on the same wavelength that I am... But Les and Steve are probably 100% right in the fact that once everything got buttoned back up together, I'd wish I had the extra displacement.

Looks like I'll be bean-counting soon. As in, totaling up the costs for all reasonable mods on the 320 motor, versus the initial bite I'd have to chew for the V-8 swap. It'll be way cheaper to keep the six, but the room for growth gets massive with the 8.
