From my recent purchasing experience, you will have a difficult time finding one with less than 36,000 miles. They are now going on 5-6 years old.

I replaced the intercooler pump on mine within the first 2 weeks of ownership, otherwise, I'm informed that they are pretty reliable.

I'm in Denver, and it's rained about 6" so far this month (that's a lot of rain, and unusual for Denver). I've found that my SRT6 is difficult to drive in the rain, and I even have new Continental all-weather tires. The rear wants to break loose whenever the pavement is wet. So I can't imagine trying to drive this in the winter, and I won't. I'm sure it's possible, but I'm not going to find out.
