Thanks for all the replies so far everyone!

I can already tell this is a great and more mature community then many of the other car forums that I belong to.

In terms of winter driving, I'm already used to driving cars that suck, granted I never had a 50 mile daily commute that now really makes a difference, but my current ride, and Cobalt SS Supercharged both suck in the winter.

With my Cobalt SS Supercharged since it was a lease I kept the stock 18 inch rims but switched to P Zero Nero M+S all season tires. Which I'll probably never buy ever again, but traction and winter driving was less than ideal.

With the RSX-S I only have 16inch wheels but the car is soo light and paired with the front end weight bias stopping and lane changes also suck.

However I'm willing to invest in better snow tires on my next vehicle purchase now that I can afford to.

Again I'm hoping that I can just keep my car, but I'm quite aware that may not be possible.
