I believe the canned tune is somewhere around 20HP, but this depends on the car, some of the XFs are just stronger than others. You will notice a difference in the seat of the pants with both mods, for sure, but you are still not going to win any Indy 500 races
Edit: usually mileage increases a bit, but the net effect is worse since you will want to push the pedal down more and more LOL
OMG I'm actually going to disagree with Boiler. I generally don't need to comment after John since he usually says what I'm thinking.
Do the Tune first with Eurocharged. It's the cheapest upgrade, and it comes with free lifetime retunes. So you get a boost in HP immediately with the tune and then later on when you have the funds for a Needswings Dual (highly recommended) you can retune for free.
I won't lie, with out forced induction I don't know how much power is available in the NA motor. I never altered my limited when I had it.
