Changing Oil is easy. Filter assembly is on top of the engine........and it's a filter insert, which makes it even easier. Other maintenance is better than most as well.

As far as traction, hell, I have PS2's on mine and use it year round. Rain hasn't been an issue at all. Snow is another story.......... I'd say avoid it at all costs unless you have some good winter tires.......... but the boys and girls up north have said they can navigate in reasonable snow depth but it get's pretty dicey as depths get past 3 inches.
