I ran 55w, 3000k yellow fogs for about 2 years with no problem. Some time ago when I installed the Halos, I did notice the lens was dirty inside and I cleaned them. Not sure if it was from the yellow bulbs or not.

PS These were standard yellow bulbs, not HID.
