As I understand it, a re-tune will optimize HP/TQ but the existing tune *should* overcompensate properly (add fuel) to accommodate the extra airflow. After a ECU reset of course.

Doc is correct. You will lean out some, notice on my graph how the before a/f is leaner than the after. Looking forward to your results!
