I agree it would be strange for both ballasts to fail at the same time. But I just don't see how it'd work if started when the engine is cold, and even as it heats up the lights stay on. But heaven forbid you turn them off they will not come back on. The flash up like theyre gonna fire but then stop within a half second. It is quite strange.
