I got off my duff this morning and installed the CPS. Thanks to all the trail blazers that posted pictures and tips. The hardest part of the whole process was pulling the wire shield up enough to get access to the connector. Then it was a matter of getting light where this blind man could see. I took off the belt and spun all the pulleys and they all seemed fine to me. Then I put it together and took the hearing aide out of storage (and long screwdriver for the unicorn method) and it's the Code 3 bearing thats rattling up a storm. I plan to put the stock pulley back on until I find a replacement bearing. Rob will be hearing from me, no surprise there!
