Go to walmart, autozone, advanced and pick up nufinish they have car polish and stuff for scratches its an orange bottle

you may want to pick up an orbital buffer home depot has one for 24 bucks this may take a while it would be about the same maybe a little more to have it done professionally no more than 65 bucks i wouldn't think at least not here in pa.
I used this same method on my back bumper i had an elderly lady bump into me with her lincoln and the her bumper left similar marks. An hour of polish and scratch remover you couldn't tell it happened.
