Took it back to the dealer yesterday. They didn't find anything wrong, but did disconnect and clean all connections. They did admit that they could have got tranny fluid on them during the repair. We'll see if the check engine light comes back. It generally takes a few days. If so, I'll try the swap as recommended. Thanks guys.
