Hello Gary,
The cutoff date for your group block is today. below is a list of those who have booked under the group block. If you know of anyone that has made a reservation at the hotel but perhaps failed to mention the group rate, please let me know and I will move them into the group block.
Again, please ensure that all reservations for your block are made by today as your rooms will be released automatically this evening.
