Default Re: Wavetec owners what do you notice, like feel like discussing???

Got my car up and running late this afternoon so not too much seat time as of yet. I like what I have experienced so far. The rear kicked out a bit in some turns but I was not wot and it was very controable and fun. Seemed to feel it working in straight line under hard accelleration. I tried a standing start dig and there was a lot of spinning but again controable.

The big suprise came when I did a near wot from a stop sign. Did not feel I was near the point of losing control but I will admit I had not planed on useing about half of the left left lane with my rear at 45* and when I got it straight the center line was between my legs. Reminded me of the 389 GTO and the 427 Corvette when I was a littlekid. It is fun but be careful. Have not tried the tight twesties yet.

So I am going to take Woody and Robs advise and find a parking lot for more testing. ......a BIG empty parking lot.
