If I am only a little dumber...I would have been a cop!
It can save the DPS more money if they remove the front plate and let us pay the same fee. That will make most cops happy to have more funds in their department and not make them become fund raisers at the end of the month. Most of the time when cops are under pressure...sh*t happens!
