I'm astounded by how few miles the OEM Contis last, my wife's 08 still only has 12,000 miles on it & last winter she totally freaked out in the snow......there's only about 4/32nds left. No doubt I'll have to replace them by winter or she'll kill me. Probably go with the DWS's ......

My 07 still has the super cheap Blizzacks on the rear & ATR Sports on the front.....both look like >40,000 mile tires.....they were so cheap when I bought them that I bought a second set & have them stored in the basement.....but I love that combo so much I'm saving them for my 07 (again).

I & others speculated that those Blizzack LM-25s would not last long if I left them on year round (V-rated WINTER TIRES).....but, I put them on on 9/1/2010 when the odometer said 47,750....it now reads just shy of 65,000....I just measured the tread depth = 7-8/32nds left !!! We've had many 100F+ days this year & they didn't melt away....
They started out with 11/32nds.
