thanks for all your help and info guys.I just spoke to the service manager and asked if the coolant level was low or was the light on for a fan failure and I was told it was not from low coolant it was because the fan was not kicking on.I then said this is a commonly misdiagnosed issue and she said the tech tested both the fan and the fuse.I asked if it was also low on coolant and she said no but didn't sound too convincing so for peace of mind I called the stealership I am buying it from and told the service manager there I want them to perform a coolant system leak down test.Worst case scenario I have to do the test myself and then take it back while its still under warranty I have a leak down kit here.
