I was just trying to answer your question as to why anybody would over rev their engine while in neutral. The only place I ever see people doing it, is at the drags for a high RPM launch. Since TACHo never gave us an answer to our question, all we can do is guess as to what he was really talking about in the first place.
I've always enjoyed drag racing, but I'd love to try SCCA racing too. Maybe someday with my Miata.
