I think the issue is that the OP is trying to trail brake as opposed to drift. You can do a certain amount of trail braking in these vehicles in their stock condition with the traction control off, but don't expect to drift or do donuts unless you disable the yaw sensor as Waldig has.

These cars are very tail happy with no ESP at all and is probably the main reason that the engineers have the ESP in place.

Adjusting your technique to the car is probably the easiest option short of selling it off.

I have learned that if you adapt your technique, the benefits to your overall skill are well worth the effort.
