Do your mods, once you are done modding, bring it all together with a tune. Everytime you add something, like a cold air intake, you now have changed the parameters of the car. The tune is done on what is on the car now. Do as you like, but I don't want to touch that ECU anymore times than necessary.
the reason you do a tune first is because of the free retunes. ie: you buy a 181 pulley and dont have enough cash for a tune. the car is in danger of lean conditions unless you park the car until you have the cash for the tune . if you get the tune first theres about a 15 to 20 hp inc and any mod added later is free retune so its only a fone call and the car is safe.
