not solder it for you! tighed1 has generously offered to fix this issue for Forum members for essentially the cost of a beer. You could perhaps consider this. I'm pretty sure he has a resoldered RCM to send you, and then you send him yours to fix for the next person that may need help with this. How easy is that? Again, remember this may or may not fix the problem, but at least you can eliminate this RCM solder joint issue as the suspect.
