Hmm, I have in the past took the power from each of the tail lights and routed the wires around the rear end and up into the trunk latch. You could take the wires from there and move them outside of the car to the spot you want. It wont be beautiful when you open the car but itll work..

You could also run the wires or pull power from the trunk hatch and run the wires out of the license plate lights i suppose? I'd be worried about water getting up into the lights though...

lastly, and i havent really explored this, you might be able to remove the rear plastic panelling the try and find an entry point there under the panelling.. but that doesnt sound like alot of fun...
