I would say it has gotten a little deeper. After I put in my needswings DCAI my neighbor told me my car sounds even throatier than it did before!
I actually bought a set of 2 red, amber, and blue LEDs to try in the front parking lights, here are the pics.
The red looks better in person in my opinion. These pics were taken from my phone (gen 1. Droid), and since I have gotten rid of the lower grille lights.

Megan Racing Muffler It is not a direct bolt on. Cost me $80 for labor, the guy cut the old muffler off, had to bend a new piece of pipe, and it had to all be welded on. Worth it in my opinion.
