On my Prev Xfire I noticed a tiny bit of excesive play and when I had my 1st m.o.t. at 3 yrs old and at about 24k they did remark on this, so when I got home I gave the hub nuts a half turn and cured it. I have noticed several owners getting new bearings fitted in the USA but a little adjustment should be enough. I don't believe these bearings are wearing any more than they should for the mileage, and we should get 100k out them. I reckon they are set up to have plenty of play when new
