Geez, what a PITA for a $9 rebate. 1st off I thought it was just get online and fill out some stuff. I can't even get online. It keeps giving me a "Your Session has timed out, Login again" error when I try to sign on from the /start page. I can go to the main page and sign on just fine. Logoff there and go to the start page and still get that error. Can't call them, Can't really email them. When I tried to open a technical ticket, there is a picture with something on it that you have to type. My pic is not showing - just a x. If I right click and click on "show picture" still nothing. In researching more about this "rebate", it appears you have to go back and forth to the car to get codes and such from the UG. I quite trying to get on at the office since I saw that becaue I don't have the UG with me. Seems like a neat device but this so called rebate can really turn people off.
