Here are the 2 side by side, 4AN on the left, fuel rail on the right.. Very close but a little different. It could just be that the flare is cut back for clearance, I just don't have any way to verify its flare..

edit- I am going to cut 2 triangles from steel, one with a 37º angle and the other with a 45º.. I did it with cardboard at work, and it appears to be a 45º
