That is strange as the repair manuals mention and show it specifically. There are many makes of non OEM replacements and everyone I saw had the boss. The cost of these arms varies from about $50 to $200+.
I suspect he 5mm lockng pin hole is in the slot that the stop runs in, although I have not bothered to look.
You do not want the wrench to slip when removing the belt and catch your fingers.
