This is seperated just like when you use the kit. There are two ports on the bottom of the reservoir. One is capped off and the other plumbs in to the return line for the I.C. using that plastic factory tee. Only a small bit of coolant bleeds constantly and the reservoir is the fill point. So this is a seperated I.C. circuit.
