This thread is supposed to be about functional vents being fabricated and sold from a rather new member. I simply injected a possible alternative for his mod which would entice me to purchase.

Perhaps the subject ought to be about the effectiveness of his design concept.

I believe to be effective in evacuating the air, a cowl may be required, preceeding the active vents, in order to provide negative pressue at that point. Despite the flow of air over the car, it is not negative there.

Thirteen's idea of a fan would leave the aethetics the same, which I like. And it woudl also provide air movemet when the car was at stand still. It could operate on a thermal relay, cooling the car even after you shut it down, or just come on when the ignition is active.
