I would park the car in front and approach the technician. He would take the keys and I would be waiting around the lot for the car rental. I assumed the technician would take the car and pull it around back. Before I knew what was going on, he would throw the keys to one of the kids hanging around. Before I could catch the kid (or knew what was going on) he would jump in my car. It is now too late.

My car was not ordered. It did come from another dealership and they traded some vehicles for it. However, I still have the window sticker and bunch of other things I threw in a box. I recently went through the box and found the famous multi purpose tool. Didn't even know I had one
