Quoting the wrong fluid Les. Here's the correct one (236.10, not 236.14) Mercedes-Benz Betriebsstoff-Vorschriften: Motoröl, Getriebeöl, ATF, Kühlmittel, Bremsflüssigkeiten

These cars, especially the SRT's need a fluid that is approved for the 236.10 spec. Mobil1 ATF is NOT on the list and from my personal observations, not a fluid I would recommend. I won't even recommend the newest 236.14 fluid for our cars as Mercedes only wanted to cut down the different part numbers on their shelves and since most people driving these cars could really care less if their performance is slightly degraded as a result. For most, it goes unnoticed. I for one can tell you first hand the 236.10 fluid shifts firmer and more predictably than the 236.14.
