Default left turn grinding nosie

hey guys!
one again i would like to thank everyone in advance for all the help till this date!
so, i have this noise which kind of sounds like the power steering pump, but that was replaced like 30k miles ago so i doubt its that but it sounds similar to that of the pump. it happens from a complete stop making a left turn from my parking lot , there is a slight decline from the lot to the street. so a left turn with all the weight on the passenger front side results in a slight grinding noise. when turning on level surfaces left or right i cannot replicate the sound. any ideas? i was on benz world and some people are saying a rusty caliper? or bushings on the lower control arms? or bad engine mount/fan shroud?
please help me end my wandering thoughts!
