OK. I just got off the phone with "Chris" at Chrysler and was told that mine is NOT currently covered due to its original delivery area (Michigan). After I informed him that I bought the car at a Chrysler dealership in Columbus Georgia and it was there through the direct actions of Chrysler he agreed that it was worth bumping my eligibility issue up the chain of command. If it is, he said it would be considered a "Good Faith" application of Chryslers' goodwill.
He had not heard of this "X31" thing, but he would inform his supervisor to alert other phone jockeys how to handle these phone calls. So, it needs to be:

1) Southern states delivery.
2) Under original or Chrysler Extended Warranty

So far, that's all I know. Wish me luck! Oh-and he mentioned 120 months/ 100K miles.
