I have a question:

now that they have aknowledged that the top and the glass will separate due to a manufacturing defect, how can they determine where the car has been for the last 6 years? If I bought my Crossfire in Maine and moved to Florida the next month, why should I be discriminated against?

There is nothing in the Owners Manual about "...and don't ever drive south of the Mason-Dixon line."

In my opinion, now that they have agreed to fix this problem, they have to fix ALL of the ones that fail.

Mine was brought in to an area of our great nation by them. And sold here by them. And was damaged due to this by them. Just because it was moved from one climate to another is no excuse.
