If you decide to remove the headlight assemblies, there are 4 bolts holding it in. Remove the side marker to get to the lower outboard. Remove the grille to get to the lower inboard.

PS I didn't have to remove my assemblies to change the 194 bulbs, but I have had them out for other reasons.
