If there was no performance difference between the 178 and 181 pulleys, both would not be offered for sale. Already have a 65 on one car, waiting for the 63 before I mod the other. When the 63 is developed, put me first on the list; but include a flat pulley belt wrap. I'll wait for that tenth.
